Summer holidays in the Ziller valley are filled with warm temperatures, clean air, softly murmuring brooks and unique natural impressions. Boredom: no chance!

A special nature area begins in Mayrhofen in the Ziller valley: the so-called  Hochgebirgs-Naturpark Zillertaler Alpen, the nature park Ziller valley Alps. Stretching over 370 square kilometres, offering unique experiences. During guided hiking tours you will be shown the differences between the 1000 and 3510 meter high area - and of course quite a few secrets of nature.

One is spoilt for choice when active holidays in the Ziller valley are concerned.  Will it be a climbing tour, a walk on the theme trails or rather the prestiguous  summit tour? On the hiking paths, stretching over 1000 kilometers, each and every holiday maker will find his or her own paradise.  

For those, who prefer exploring the Ziller valley on a metal steed: they can look forward to 800 km of developed cycle paths. In order to pamper the tastebuds with the culinary delights, the Ziller valley has to offer, one can always make a stopover: there are no less than 130 huts, where one can enjoy regional dishes, including Schlichtanudeln and Zillertaler Zergl, to mention a few.
