Candle factory Gredler

It is not only exciting for children to see, how candles in all shapes and sizes have been made or dipped for generations. 

The candle factory Gredler demonstrates this traditional handcraft, that has existed in Zell am Ziller since 1846.  The visitor is invited to participate. Under expert guidance you will make your own candles, colour or embellish them. The sky's the limit. Your own candle ist not just a pretty holiday memory of your holiday in the Ziller valley. 

If you're thinking about making beautiful Christmas gifts, here is where you will get inspiration. Perfumed wax candles depicting Christmas motifs can be made back home, once you've seen how it's done. The needed material can be purchased anywhere and each of has has the utensiles needed at home.  Great fun for young and old.
