Opposite is our rustic farmhouse that is particularly characterised by the indoor and outdoor timber construction and guarantees the highest demands regarding the quality of living standards and relaxing holidays. 

Our farm is only 10 car minutes away from the village centre of Zell am Ziller and is the ideal base for hiking tours, mountainbiking, skiing, to explore and enjoy the Ziller valley. Panoramic view of our wonderful mountain scenery. We offer a daily bread delivery service, a ski storage room and boot warmer.  Restaurant is nearby. The middle station of the Zillertal Arena is only a few car minutes or a short ride with the free ski bus (bus stop in front of our house) away. The largest skiing and hiking area of the Ziller valley offers 163 kilometers of ski runs, 50 ropeways, 140 ha of snow-covered ski runs, children's paradise, 3 permanent race slopes and the Hot-Zone Snowpark.
