In a quiet and sunny location, our apartment house is situated in the heart of the Ziller valley in Zell am Ziller (250 m into the village centre).

At what time of the year would your like to spend your most valuable free time?  In winter with guaranteed snow, in spring when it's quiet in the mountains, in summer with its many faces or in sun-drenched autumn?

Our Tyrolean Style apartments invite the guests to stay. Our apartments are non-smoking. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause! Take a rest, relax, ... our non-smoking recreation room is at your disposal. Sitting down and bury oneself in a book, play games with the family, relatives or friends,... Simply unwind! ... You will most certainly feel at ease here.
