Birkenhof

The Birkenhof is located in the center of the Ziller Valley in the village of Zell im Zillertal in a quiet central location. In the immediate vicinity are the ski Arena ski with the first alpine coaster ARENA COASTER (10 minutes) and the center of the village (10 minutes) as well as cross-country ski, toboggan run, swimming pools, the amusement park Zell (ice rink, playgrounds, ...) hiking and cycle paths and much more.

Next to the Birkenhof is an inn and several ski bus stops. The distance to the train station is 10 minutes. Our apartment house is also accessible in winter without snow chains!
Our house has an elevator and a ski room with ski boot dryer on the ground floor. A bread service and a laundry room with washing machine are also part of our services.

Description

We can offer our guests Holiday apartments for 2-3 persons, 2-4 persons and 3-6 persons. All apartments have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms have a radio and hair dryer as well.
All units have a dining area and some have a balcony with a great view on the Zillertal Mountains.

The living rooms are equipped with a functional kitchen (stove, cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, water cooker, dishwasher and microwave) and a cozy seating corner with bench.

There are plenty of parking spots and a large garden available.
In the ground floor is a ski room with a ski boot dryer.

Pets are not allowed.
